Regular breakfast is useful to influence attention-concentration, memory and school success

A survey shows that regular children who eat breakfast perform well in studies, have better attention-mixing, memory and school success compared to the irregular or skip breakfast.

The researchers say eating breakfast provides energy to the brain and improves learning. A gap of about 10 to 12 hours between dinner and breakfast causes of low levels of glucose in the blood and always missing breakfast can adversely affect cognitive performance.
